Setelah satu minggu lalu kita membahas ‘I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For’ yang kembali ngetop gara-gara dibawakan oleh kontestan America’s Got Talent asal Indonesia, Putri Ariani, maka kini kita akan membahas lagu U2 selanjutnya, ‘With or Without You.’

Terdapat 2 alasan kenapa setelah ‘I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For’ tersebut, kita kini membahas ‘With or Without You.’
Pertama dikarenakan lagunya satu album dengan lagu tersebut yaitu, The Joshua Tree (1987). Kedua dikarenakan, dari semua lagu-lagu hit milik grup gawangan vokalis Paul Hewson alias Bono ini, ‘With or Without You’ adalah lagu mereka yang paling ngetop.
Mungkin yang bisa menyamai menurut gue adalah lagu 90an mereka, ‘One’ (1991). Kalau gak percaya silahkan saja kamu nanya sama teman-teman, saudara-saudara, atau mungkin ayah-ibu, om-tante yang gak begitu nge-fans dengan U2. Gue jamin banget mereka pasti mengatakan pernah dengar atau bahkan tahu dan hafal lirik lagu ‘With or Without You.’
Dengan keterkenalannya yang super duper ini, gak heran jika Bono cs hingga detik ini masih menyertakan lagunya di set list konser-konsernya.
