Nah berdasarkan berbagai sumber yang gue dapatkan, Nelly mengatakan kalau yang menginspirasi terciptanya lagu ini adalah lagu ‘Here Comes the Rain Again’ (1983) milik duo Synth-Pop/New Wave top 80an, Eurythmics.
Seperti yang dikatakan secara persis oleh Nelly,
“I’m not 100 percent sure what [“Here Comes the Rain Again” is] about, but it always takes me away to another place, and I love it”
Ya menurut gue sih mau dari mana pun inspirasinya, yang terpenting adalah lagunya memang asyik dan enak banget untuk didengar.
