Cruel City Synopsis:

Park Shi Hyun (Jung Kyung Hoo) is a famous drug dealer with the nick name Doctor’s Son. He has a good friend in the handsome young man Soo who is very loyal to him because they grew up together and eventually plunged into the dark world of drug trafficking together.

Doctor performed his actions under one of the drug kingpins targeted by the Seoul police, Scale. But he was dissatisfied with the commission Scale gave him so he embezzled the drug sales money to pay his workers as well.

Scale was not happy and he threatened to kill the Doctor if he didn’t return the money immediately, until the Doctor’s head was thrown over a glass.

Feeling unacceptable, the Doctor invites Soo to take down Scale because physically and strength-wise, the Doctor is clearly greater than Scale who can only use his golf clubs to threaten people.
