Bersamaan dengan dirilisnya demo PC, Konami juga telah mengumumkan spesifikasi PC resmi eFootball PES 2020. Bagian terakhir dalam seri Pro Evolution Soccer ini akan menggunakan Mesin FOX dan hanya akan menggunakan DX11.
Menurut spesifikasi, gamer PC setidaknya membutuhkan Intel Core i5-3470 atau AMD FX 4350 dengan 4GB RAM dan NVIDIA GTX 670 atau AMD Radeon HD 7870. Konami merekomendasikan menggunakan Intel Core i7-3770 atau AMD FX 8350 dengan RAM 8GB dan NVIDIA GTX 760 atau AMD Radeon R9 270X.
Cukup jelas dari spesifikasi PC yang disebutkan di atas bahwa eFootball PES 2020 akan berjalan pada berbagai konfigurasi PC. Game ini juga akan membutuhkan ruang hard disk kosong 40GB.
